A New Age, called 'New Rave'...('Wave'- to some non- NME reading people)

After reading a feature on Bloc Party in NME while getting my haircut, I have decided to write about more- interesting things than my day at school.
So..New Rave... in rock music it's a new type of 'indie' rock, more dancy, upbeat, phycodelic, rave stuff. Bands like this are: Klaxons,
It's all glow sticks and intense dancing!
Yeah, the neon colours are pretty alouring, and the fact that everyone that is in the 'new rave' scene manages to look good.
But, this does hit the dilema of, is new rave just another bloody label for sheep - sorry I mean people, to fall into?
I hope not, 'cause it's supposed to be just a load of sparkly stuff and fun, but some people or so gonna ruined that and be all, 'oh your so new rave!', that's what happened with emo. And well, you don't need to read Kerrang to find out what happened there.
Has anyone noticed how people are becoming to scared of being different by themselves? Sure, I'm talking about the 2 girls that always manage to piss me off, but they are trying to be 'normal' like, they have identical 'just do it' Nike bags... That's not cool, 'cause like before, they were, anti- chav-ish stuff, now it's like, let's fit in now that barely anyone likes us.
How shameful.
It's strange how people depend on others so much. It can actually be quite terriying... But that depends on how you think about it...

*shrugs*

A Midsummer night's dream is sooo funny. When I studied it at school, I never really got it; it was just so stupid and well, Shakespeare's English is like a forgein language to me. But I'm watching it right now, and I actually quite like it. I feel very sorry for Hermia, but when I read it at school I hated her character. I guess Shakespeare was really the genius of his time. Well, the man actually used iambic pentameter- I waste of time if you ask me but yeah, only someone really intellegent would use it as well as he did...maybe he even invented it in the first place.

Anywho, the whole Cavalen thing is getting a bit negatory compared to the buzz of our first rehersal. Everything seems to be getting more I dunno... negative? I don't really know to describe it. It's like the forthcoming preformance of just one song seems to be looming over us in a bad way. I know everyone's a bit nervous but why can't everyone just forget about mucking up and just have a go and take what comes.
It's how I live my life- taking things that go wrong in my stride. 'Cause, well I've got to. My life is just a load of accidents, mistakes, embaressments and let downs, but I still am happy and hyper. I just wish that some of the other band members may take on my view on it a little, ya know.

An apology to Miss Trecova (Like she'll read it!)

Yes. I'm apologizing, mentally about Ms Trecova, today *sniggers* she wore a dress- with cleveage! Fancy-arse shoes, pantyhose, make-up...etc.
And well. I laughed. Alot.
But well, when people in my class were asking her about wether or not she was married; how old she is, stuff like that- she laughed... Like a normal human being!!!!!!!! And well... she was being so nice, so human. I just can't hate her anymore, 'cause that's just a bit too mean for me.
Well, yeah... But I'm still pissed with that idoit for not knowing my name, being a rubbish teacher and giving us this stupid tedious coursework that has no purpose what so ever! We might not even be doing it next year!!!
Anyways, My day has been pretty shitty. So I'm gonna try not to think about it.

The best day ever?...Hardly.

Today was good... actually borderling okay, well obiously it couldn't be that fantastic seeing as I'm still writing this thing. When Comfy saw it at school she was like: 'Wow. You must have been bored over the holidays!' Well, I was- but still! The holidays are over, yet I still find time to waste online. I need a hobby...I ought to be learning the vocabulary for my Latin GCSE, but no- I'm writing...
So, back to my day. I will not bore the person reading anymore than they must be already to read this in the first place; one of the biggest things to happen today was that Miss Trecova (yes, unlike you Tasha- whom I know will read this, I'm not afraid of saying her name on the interent) had some sort of bad hair day gone bad. Now, I know that sounds girly, but what was that multi-coloured fuzzy monster dwelling on her head?! There's 2 hidious chunks of some kind of pink and bits of blonde and brown... that hairdresser must have been taught by her previously- it's the only excuse to have a grudge against her that much! lol.
Math coursework, though incredibly easy, is tedious and way too stupid. When you've made the formula and proved it works, why then must you do pages and pages of useless rubbish after?! I hope my year really is the last to do it- 'cause (In the words of Sophie) 'It's not neccesary!'.
Oh, and one more thing (said in a chinese accent) , I have realised that around my school, I am known as either; 'The mixed race girl' or 'The girl with nice hair' Firstly, my hair is not that nice- it's hair. Yes it's technically a mutation of genes that isn't that common, but like I said...Hair. Just Hair.

Secondly, what's the big deal where on Earth my parents came from?! I'm human- isn't that enough? I've given up with the whole:
'Where do you come from?'
'Erm...Earth?' thing. (Though I would love to be from Galafrea, Doctor Who won't be the last timelord!!)
It just makes the random girls that do ask, to keep bugging me for an answer. I don't think I'm the only mixed race girl in the school, so I really don't get what the awesome-ness is about really.

Oh, on the news they were showing this thing about how this generation of children are missing out on the freedom and the experiences that their parents got to have as kids, because they aren't allowed out at all, or are always in supervision. Now- yes this is true. But I'm part of the 'nineties' generation and I was never ever allowed out. This; along with many others, is why I'm so introvert, and it's taken me till now to actually become somewhat extrovert. So...well if things keep going the way they are, young people can kiss goodbye to any sort of social life in the future...

Now, I'm gonna go now, do some forgotten about science homework and eat some more ice lollies.

Random talk at 10.40pm

It's the middle of the night- yes. But I'm really bored and so I've ended up writing my second blog of the day, well one was written on http://www.freewebs.com/cavalen my band's site. But I wrote mostly about music on there, so I've just write whatever is on my mind this orangey night. Yes, orangey- thanks to polution the clouds look slightly orange or purple at night. Not everynight..but it happens sometimes.
Which reminds me- I haven't seen the moon in a while...
Anyways, I got a root canal today at the dentist. I didn't really mind, considering the amount of times I've been to the dentist and had fillings and whatnot I'm surprised I've never gotten some form of loyalty card or discount. I liked the nurse that was there today; she was nice, unlike that witch that used to stare at me and my mum weird. It's the whole, like omG she's half what?! Like woah, let's stare..*gasp* do you think she can understand us when we give some people discounts because their polish and we don't do it for her?! I don't really care anyway, it's just that it annoys me after a while, you know.

Moving on, I'm listening to Black eyed peas- Pump it...on a loop. How sad, but it's so adictive!

Erm....I don't really know what else to write about...
